Webtracer is a browser extension that monitors web pages for content changes and sends notifications. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

An account is optional for free-tier use. To access Pro or Enterprise features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Webtracer and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Algomittens LLC. The extension is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the extension without our written consent.

Your use of Webtracer is governed by our Privacy Policy. Tracker data is stored locally on your device. Account and subscription data is stored on our servers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algomittens LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: missed change detections, notification failures, data loss, loss of profits, or any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users. You may delete your account and data at any time from the Account section.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
